1. General Information
This Refund & Exchange Policy regulates the cancellation, refund, and exchange conditions for boat/yacht rental services purchased through the yatveteknem.com website. This policy has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
2. Right of Withdrawal
2.1. Period and Scope
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase, without stating any reason, provided that the service performance has not yet begun.
2.2. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
In service contracts for accommodation, entertainment, or leisure purposes that must be performed on a specific date or period, where the performance date has passed
Where the performance of the service has begun with the Buyer's consent
2.3. Withdrawal Notification Method
The Buyer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal may notify through one of the following methods:

3. Cancellation Conditions
3.1. Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before Service Start
For cancellations made 7 (seven) days or more before the rental date, the full amount paid shall be refunded.
3.2. Cancellations Made 3-7 Days Before Service Start
For cancellations made between 3 (three) and 7 (seven) days before the rental date, 50% of the amount paid shall be refunded.
3.3. Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days Before Service Start
No refund shall be made for cancellations made less than 3 (three) days before the rental date.
3.4. After Service Start
No refund shall be made for cancellations after the service performance has begun.
4. Date Change
4.1. Change Conditions
Date change requests made at least 3 (three) days before the rental date may be carried out free of charge, subject to the availability of suitable alternative dates.
Date changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
A maximum of 1 (one) date change may be made per reservation.
4.2. Price Difference
If the applicable price for the new date differs from the current payment:
If there is a price increase, the Buyer shall pay the difference.
If there is a price decrease, the difference shall be refunded to the Buyer.
5. Force Majeure
In the following cases where the service cannot be performed, the full amount paid shall be refunded or an alternative date/service shall be offered with the Buyer's consent:
Adverse weather conditions (storm, strong wind, etc.) making it unsafe to go to sea
Natural disasters
Legal regulations or official authority decisions
Technical failure preventing the safe delivery of the service
Force majeure assessment is made by Yat ve Teknem.
6. Refund Process
6.1. Refund Application
Refund requests may be submitted through the following channels, provided that cancellation conditions are met:

6.2. Refund Period
The refund process shall be initiated within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the approval of the request.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original payment.
The time for credit card refunds to be reflected in the account is dependent on the bank and is outside the control of Yat ve Teknem.
6.3. Partial Refund
In cases where a partial refund is required according to the cancellation conditions, the refund amount shall be calculated according to the relevant cancellation policy clause.
7. Service Quality Complaints
In cases where the service received does not conform to the advertised features:
The Buyer must submit their complaint in writing within 48 (forty-eight) hours after the service is completed.
The complaint shall be evaluated, and in justified cases, a partial or full refund may be made.
The evaluation process shall be completed within 10 (ten) business days at the latest.
