Account Responsibility

When creating and using your account, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Ensuring all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

• Being responsible for the security of your account information and keeping your password confidential

• Being responsible for all transactions made under your account

Booking Conditions

When making a reservation, you must comply with the following rules:

• Payments must be made through the platform. Off-platform payments are not covered by guarantees

• Cancellations are processed in accordance with the cancellation policy

• Booking changes are subject to boat owner approval

Boat Owner Obligations

Boat owners agree to the following obligations:

• Ensuring boat information is accurate, current, and complete

• Maintaining an accurate reservation calendar and keeping availability status up to date

• Keeping the boat safe and ready for use

Renter Obligations

Boat renters agree to the following obligations:

• Meeting legal age requirements and providing necessary documents

• Using the boat only for stated purposes and complying with rules

• Being responsible for damages to the boat and paying necessary compensation

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through the platform. Your payment is held on the platform until the reservation is completed and then transferred to the boat owner. Off-platform payments are not covered by guarantees.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation can be made within 48 hours after reservation

• After 48 hours, 80% refund is made until 7 days before the tour

• 100% refund is made in case of weather conditions and boat malfunctions

Liability Limitation

The platform is not responsible for agreements between users or damages that may occur during boat use. All users transact at their own risk.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Engaging in illegal activities or using the platform for illegal purposes

• Making payments outside the platform or transacting outside platform guarantees

• Providing false information, committing fraud, or misusing the platform

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, you must first contact our support team through the platform. Dispute resolution service cannot be provided for off-platform payments.

Term Changes

We may update these terms of service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes.
